Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. | ||
|
|
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by Prime Time Tickets. All Prices are in U.S. Dollars. | ||
|
|
Online orders placed after 5PM CT weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day. | ||
|
|
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. | ||
|
|
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. | ||
|
|
If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. Every effort will be made to resell them for the price that you paid. However, we do not make any guarantees. | ||
|
|
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. | ||

Our prices reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating and generally are sold over face value . By purchasing tickets through this site, the buyer understands that they are purchasing a complete package. Purchaser understands by entering his payment information, this will serve as an authorized signature | ||
